Get To Know Me

Welcome to the EB Doula blog! I thought I would dedicate my first post to telling you a bit more about myself. You can read about my journey to becoming a doula on the About Me page, but here’s a bit more!

I’m an INFJ in the Meyers-Briggs system, and an Enneagram type 4. I’m also an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person).

Likes: Cool weather, cats, dogs, chocolate, Europe, good food, a clean house, books, quiet, mountains, Doctor Who, massages, cooking, Christmas, traveling, hot baths, wreath-making, chamomile tea, flowers, trivia, purple, indie music.

Dislikes: Hot weather, rudeness, loud, seafood, flakiness, social media, migraines, clutter, politics.

Interesting Facts:
I grew up overseas, living in six different countries by the time I was 18.
I have a BA in English.
My hidden talent is knot-untying.
I’m the only one of my siblings that doesn’t have naturally red hair.
I love being involved in my church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), and currently volunteer as a leader of the children’s organization in my congregation.

I look forward to sharing more here on my blog – stay tuned for info, tips, and stories!
